Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 August 2026
Welcome to The Art of Nutrition. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any consultations, services, or products purchased from The Art of Nutrition ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Our Services
The Art of Nutrition, provides clinical nutrition consultations, workshops, educational talks, and related services. These services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your GP or a qualified medical practitioner regarding any medical condition, before starting any new supplement, or before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing an existing health condition.
2. Bookings & Appointments
At this time, appointments are booked directly via email or phone rather than through an online booking platform. Booking a consultation confirms your agreement to attend at the scheduled time, or to provide reasonable notice if you are unable to attend (see Cancellations below).
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. However, late cancellations and no-shows affect our ability to offer appointments to other clients. Our policy is as follows:
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice: 50% fee
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows: a cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee may apply.
Rescheduling is welcome where possible, subject to availability.
4. Payment
Payment for consultations and services is due at the time of service. Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice; the price applicable at the time of your booking will be honoured.
5. Results & Outcomes
Nutrition and health outcomes vary between individuals. While we bring evidence-based knowledge and personalised care to every consultation, we cannot guarantee specific results, and no consultation, meal plan, or testing service constitutes a promise of a particular health outcome.
6. Functional Testing & Third-Party Providers
Where functional pathology or other testing is recommended, this may be conducted through third-party laboratories or testing providers. The Art of Nutrition is not responsible for the actions, policies, or service delivery of these third parties, though we will support you in understanding and interpreting your results.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health history, current medications, and relevant circumstances, to the best of your knowledge, so that we can provide safe and appropriate guidance.
